The teams have been announced and the home venue, is Brownedge, a green frequented often by many of the home team in their autumn competition. Derbyshire use one of their banker greens in Littleover BC. In the first matches of the year NLF were beaten by a strong shropshire team by 27 chalks. Derbyshire had a fantastic win over last years county champions Yorkshire, North lancs opponents in June. Here are the teams for the upcoming match.

NEW SECRETARY TAKES OVER
Sadly due to health problems the county president and administration secretary Tony Bamber has had to step down, and Mr Jimmy Parker the Waterloo bowls manager has taken over his admin duties. The county would like to thank Tony for his previous hard work for the county. He is to continue as competition secretary.
